Small Plates Pop Up
In this showcase, graduating seniors who have participated in two years or more of Future Chefs after school programming craft a dish they will present to their family, teachers, Future Chef staff, and culinary industry professionals as part of a tasting menu.
About Future ChefsFuture Chefs prepares urban youth in Greater Boston for quality early employment and post-secondary education opportunities in the culinary field and supports them in developing a broad base of transferable skills as they transition into the working world.
